With a keen eye for the interaction between market, product and capital, she works where product-market fit, commercial execution and the right capital structure meet — and where the foundations for long-term value creation arise.

As a serial entrepreneur, investor and technology leader with over 20 years’ experience, Suzanne has built up in-depth expertise in scaling, digital transformation and AI-driven business models. She has personally founded, scaled and sold successful tech companies – experience she now translates into practical, action-oriented guidance for founders and management teams.

Her consultancy focuses on strengthening market-product alignment, developing robust go-to-market strategies and ensuring access to the right capital on the right terms. Suzanne supports the entire fundraising journey: from investor-ready positioning and ownership structure to negotiation, due diligence and closing. At the same time, she ensures that governance, board composition, KPI structure and investor relations support the company's growth journey.

As founder of The SuperAngel Club and initiator of ExitWomen, she works for better capital access and stronger board competencies in the ecosystem. In addition, she teaches Entrepreneurial Finance at DTU and in Business Administration at Roskilde University.
