Thomas' specialism is to ensure scalability in successful SMEs, through continuous work on maturing and level shifting - with long-term sustainable value creation in mind. Always based on a deep respect for the owner's values, ambitions and risk appetite, as well as the company's culture and the team's motivation & cooperation.

With 9 years as Partner/Investment Director in Blue Equity, 17 years as Business and Project Manager in Maersk and 10 years as an elite athlete (sailing), Thomas has a solid base of experience and skills to work with structural inputs in relation to the phases, stakes and pitfalls of a growth journey. Including, inter alia:
