As an entrepreneur, Torben has more than 30 years of experience in management and business development in a market with intense competition. He creates security and visibility in the value chain within service and production companies and has a motivational approach to relationship sales.

With experience in the digitalisation of operations and the use of new technologies to improve productivity and service quality, he has built up a strong understanding of how technology can be used to free up resources for market expansion. He has a deep understanding of the company’s cultural dynamics and team composition, as the right mix will always contribute to better utilisation of human resources.

Torben facilitates the implementation of technologies across departments and ensures that the company takes advantage of the digital opportunities available to the outside world. He focuses on ensuring that the company has the necessary capabilities to capitalize on the business opportunities of its products and services — and actively assists with this if necessary.

He has a strong focus on ESG actions that are continuously identified and maintained with customers, suppliers and employees.

Torben is an opportunistic and original entrepreneur with both knowledge, will and experience. He has an analytical approach and often bases his decisions on facts rather than gut feeling.
He is a clear advocate of propriety and sincerity as carrying value sets.

Torben has a keen understanding of how an active board can help a company develop in line with the strategy and support the executive board in managing a growing company.

In his spare time, he spends time on property renovations, golf and refereeing in football. Travel experiences and cultural activities also fill a lot.
